A 500 acre parcel between Corral Road and North Chickamauga Creek was purchased by Urban Story Ventures at the end of 2021.

There is an adjacent 200 acre parcel at the end of Vandergriff Road which would create the potential for massive development if they are linked. With the existing R-1 zoning, a developer could propose more than 1,400 houses.
